From embellishment to red, nude to fishtail, see all the fashion trends the celebrities were working on the Golden Globes 2013 red carpet.
Embellished
Thandie Newton showed off her figure in this cute mini dress, and
finished her look with our favourite red carpet heel - a pair of
candy-pink Mary Janes!
Emily Blunt led the embellishment trend at the Golden Globes 2013 in a gold cut-out Michael Kors dress. A sleek bun, boxy clutch and husband John Krasinski showed off her gown to perfection.
Red
Can you believe new mum Claire Danes gave birth to baby Cyrus less than a month ago?! The Homeland actress wore this plunging dress to take home her award.
Zooey Deschanel was just one of the celebs who opted for a scarlet gown at the Golden Globes, and in true Zooey fashion, she topped off her look with cute nail art featuring cameras!
White/nude
Best Drama Actress winner Anne Hathaway favours a column gown, and we loved this delicate white Chanel Couture dress - perfect with her Les Miserables pixie crop. Anne shunned any jewels to let her dress do the talking.
Our very own Michelle Dockery stole the show at the Golden Globes 2013, adding extra wow to her Alexandre Vauthier sleek white gown with an embellished gold panel. An updo worth of Lady Mary and a simple gold clutch finished her look.
Fishtail
Yummy mummy Jessica Alba looked oh-so-gorgeous in a coral fishtail dress, complete with diamond drop necklace.
Amy Adams went for a brave look at the Globes, and it definitely paid off. One of our favourite red carpet looks - just check out that tulle fishtail!
Black
Back on the red carpet, Nicole Kidman worked two key trends - cut out panels and black via one stunning Alexander McQueen dress.
Firmly back to her pre-baby best, Kate Hudson's black Alexander McQueen gown featured gold embellishment.

2012 Emmy Awards Red Carpet
Ariel Winter in Katharine Kidd
That is way too much dress and shoe for such a tiny little girl.
Jane Levy in Pamella Roland
Melissa Rauch in Oliver Tolentino
Another fabulous color. This was probably the most colorful red carpet we've seen in some time.
It's a beautiful dress, but literally every single accessory matched it
exactly. Come on now, Barbie.

Christina Hendricks in custom Christian Siriano
This dress puts the goods on display without being too in-your-face and without
looking like she's wearing a sausage casing. We like the belt; it does a very
good job of defining her waist. I don't love the color, but it does suit her.

Try Celebs' Red Carpet Looks - Celebrity Dresses
Bustier Babes
Scoopnecks and straps can be a bit tame for the red carpet. But a skintight structured bustier, like the ones Jessica Alba and Katy Perry are wearing? Pitch-perfect sex appeal.
Dressy Jumpsuits
These one-piece wonders are a fresh alternative to the typical red carpet gown. Just ask Kate Beckinsale and Cameron Diaz, who both paired dressy jumpsuits with bold jewelry, towering heels and fierce attitude.
Teal Appeal
Whether it's Kate Middleton in Jenny Packham or Emmanuelle Chirqui in Maria Lucia Hohan, there's something about a brunette in teal...Done up in sturdy cotton or wool, teal can be overbearing. But chiffon or silk? Totally gorge.
